Walk-Ins

We will try to accommodate all walk-in guests, but appointments are preferred. If you do not call ahead to schedule an appointment, we may not have ample time available for your desired treatment.

 
Cancellations

Twenty-four hour notice is required. A valid credit/debit card number or signed check is held to guarantee appointment. Otherwise appointment must be pre-paid in advance. If paying by gift certificate, your certificate will be forfeited.

 
Atmosphere

We will maintain a very serene atmosphere. We ask that you please turn
off all cell phones and pagers before entering the spa and take all calls outside of the building. Children should only be present at the spa if receiving services and under their guardian's supervision at all times.


Gratuities

Gratuities are customary, appreciated and left to the clients discretion. Gift
Certificates do not include tips unless otherwise indicated upon purchase.

 
Gift Certificates & Re-loadable Gift Cards

Customized gift certificates are available. All are non-refundable but fully transferable and must be used by the expiration date. Extensions may be provided if notified prior to expiration. Gift certificates and cards may be purchased by phone and mailed to the recipient.

 
Specials & Promotions

Specials and promotions are available for new purchases only. Gift cards may not be redeemed at promotional rate, unless purchased at that rate. If offer has expired upon redemption, card will be redeemed at face value.


Chair Massage

Massage may be performed on-site or in office. A minimum of 15 minutes
is required per session. For on-site massage, an overall minimum of 2
hours is required to travel and a $30 travel fee will be applied.

 
Return Check Policy

A fee of $35.00 will be charged for all returned checks!
